As part of the new economic context of market opening and competition  and our will to be a leader in the national market,  the General Management has initiated SAMIR to a quality-focused approach  making all possible efforts to meet new market requirements, develop customer culture and loyalty, improve responsiveness, and built trust based relationships.

To face all these challenges, we have modernised our installations to produce 50ppm Gasoil, and  have been committed to a continuous improvement adopting a  resolutly and proactive approach .

Thus , SAMIR gained in 2010 and 2013, certification of  its Quality Management System through the ISO 9001:2008 certifications from IMANOR and BUREAU VERITAS. Our main concern to satisfy our customers, listen to them allows us to evaluate the impacts of continous actions of improvement.
