The ANP (National Ports Agency) is the regulatory authority for the new Moroccan port system implemented by Law 15-02.
A major player in Moroccan Ports, the Agency brings together all of the port community around common objectives; it works on the creation of a competitive port environment, promoting a fair and sustainable development, characterised by healthy competition, efficiency, transparency and good governance, and ensuring solid, high quality services.
The compensation fund is a public Moroccan body created in 1941, with the aim of stabilising the prices of basic products and protecting the purchase power of consumers.
It was recognised by the Dahir law 1-74-403 of 5 Chaoual 1397 (19th September 1977).
The Compensation fund is responsible for implementing the governmental policy on price stabilisation.
Thus, it is the only body authorized to know all of the price stabilisation measures, in particular, on guaranteeing financing, making or centralising withdrawals related to price stabilisation.
